Our pricing for guitar lessons is as follows:
$100/per month for lessons. How this works, is you pick a day of the week and time that is convenient for you and you get a 1/2 hour lesson every week at that time. Depending on how the days end up on the calendar you will have 4 to 5 lessons per month. IF AFTER your first lesson, you feel you do not want to commit for an entire month, you can simply pay $25 for the one lesson and we can part our separate ways, with no hard feelings!
Cancellations: If you cancel within a 24 hour notice or more, you will get a credit for the lesson, and the credited lesson needs to be rescheduled within 30 days. Due to this type of business, you can only cancel 1 lesson per month.
How and when do you pay? The day of your first lesson is your "Birthday Lesson" so if it is on the 12th of the month, that is when your payment is due every month - you need to bring the payment the week of the 12th every month after that. I accept cash or check. Please be kind and keep up with your payments ;)
Extra Info:
Late for lessons: Please try to make it to your lesson on time, you are only allotted the 1/2 hour time slot! I am firm about the time - this ends up hurting other students or time I have allotted for myself - the point is, if you are going to do it - then do it!
Referrals: You get a free lesson for every referral you bring to me! Please call for details.
2 Students at a time? : Although this may sound like a great idea, it really does not work well for a 1/2 hour lesson. The main reason for this is because the 1st 10 minutes of the lesson is reviewing what we learned the prior week and we address any items that still need work on. The next 10 minutes is covering something new on the guitar and the final 10 minutes will cover what you need to study for the following week. Imagine having to divide that time across 2 people!
Parents: Parents are highly encouraged to sit in on the lesson with their child, to help encourage them to practice during the week as well as finding out what your child will be studying for the week. Please do not leave other children here at the studio unattended.
